We are delighted that you are interested in attending the IKF and reaping the benefits of this international industry event for the cultural scene.

On the following pages you'll find everything you need to know for a first impression of what being an exhibitor at the Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg involves.

During April 2024 you will find here information, terms of participation, conditions and the registration for the IKF 2025!

From industry newcomers to established artist agencies who have been regular exhibitors for years, here everyone can find the form of participation that suits them best. Even without performing live, you can take advantage of the synergies of this unique platform and establish new contacts.

• Main exhibitor with own fair stand
  As a main exhibitor, you will occupy your own fair stand or, if applicable, occupy your own fair stand alongside co-exhibitors at a shared stand. A co-exhibitor may apply as a representative of its own company or as an independent artist.
   
• Co-exhibitor at a shared stand
  Become a co-exhibitor and present yourself as your own company or individual artists together with other colleagues and companies. The main exhibitor is the contact person for all matters relating to participation. As a main and co-exhibitor, you will be presented with your own exhibitor entry in the IKF catalog and individual listings in the Event Directory. The co-exhibitor fee is 149.00 EUR.
   
• Stand in the joint area
  Present yourself as your own company or individual artist together with other colleagues and companies with a 4 m² stand in the joint area. As an exhibitor in the joint area, you will be presented with your own exhibitor entry in the IKF catalog and the online exhibitor directory.

The BASIC package includes:

• Stand space hire
• Octanorm walls depending on the stand size incl. assembly and dismantling
• Power connection with 230V alternating current (socket up to 3kW)

The PREMIUM package includes:

• Stand space hire
• Octanorm walls depending on stand size incl. assembly and dismantling
• Power connection with 230V alternating current (socket up to 3kW)
• One clamp spotlight per 4m² (two clamp spotlights are included for a stand size of 6m²)
• Octanorm counter
• Two bar stools

Prices PREMIUM package (net, for all 3 days of the fair)

The following additional costs are mandatory*:

• Professional association fee: € 0.60 / m² stand area
• Communication package: € 90.00
• Waste disposal fees: € 2.50 / m² stand area

Early bid booking **:

An early bird booking discount of 10% will be granted until 30 June 2024 on the pure stand space rental (net square metre price) and the Basic and Premium packages. The stand in the communal area is excluded.

Cancellation fees:

Until 31 October 2024: 100.00 €* processing fee

Between 01 and 30 November 2024: 50% of the total net stand rental fee

From 01 December 2024: 100% of the total net stand rental fee

* Prices plus the statutory VAT applicable at the time of the event, as of April 2024
