With songs full of groovy musicality and clever lyrics, Michael Krebs has been thrilling his audience for over 20 years. Seeing how openly, straightforwardly, and quick-wittedly the songwriter approaches his concerts brings a big smile to your face and makes it clear: the live stage is his element. But even this notoriously cheerful guy at the piano now has doubts. Is his once-praised authenticity still acceptable in times of survival of the fakest? Why does the word “problem zone” make everyone think of stomach, legs, and butt, and no one think of brain? Where to emigrate to when the right-wingers are already everywhere? And above all: Is the future even a solution anymore? Fortunately, thanks to TikTok-shredded attention spans, no one expects answers to such complex questions anymore.
