What Bothers You

Still in the Woods are a paradox. A meditation in the middle of the dance floor, and yet with absolute certainty you’re in the right place at the right time. Honest, sophisticated songwriting blended with hip hop grooves, jazzy harmonies and melancholic post-rRock sounds. All carried by the voice of Anna Hauss, who displays an impressive emotional range. They toured extensively with their first album, “Rootless Tree” (2018), and their second album, “Flying Waves” (2019) shows the musical and personal development of the band, inspired by the nerve of the times as much as by the wind and water that played such an important part in the music’s creation. After some turbulent years, some new material has been intensively worked on, and the first taste of this is ”What Bothers You”.
