KAAY

KAAY is a performance from us brothers Max and Julian Blum . We dive into the role of family in this time of possibilities and distance. Do all these open doors unroot us from the people who have shaped us? What does it mean to be siblings today? Where is our home? Do we place our strive for individuality above our family?
In our show we search, experience and form answers to these questions through the arts of music and circus. On stage we tell our self-written story of KAAY.Heartfelt music, authentically spoken texts and expressive movements on the Chinese pole, which is only two metres high, are the form of expression of this show.

This project brings people together. How can one be near and far?
