Messe Freiburg is easy to reach from the Autobahn A5. The trade fair's traffic management system will show you the quickest way to get from the Freiburg Mitte motorway exit to the exhibition grounds. Plenty of parking is available on the exhibition grounds.
Low-emission zones came into force in the city on 1 January 2010. Low-emission zones are clearly defined urban areas with restrictions for polluting vehicles.

The excellent public transport network brings exhibitors and visitors quickly and directly to Messe Freiburg. Tram line 4 from Hauptbahnhof (central station) takes you to the tram stop Technische Fakultät in 10 minutes. From here it is just a few minutes by foot to the Freiburg exhibition grounds. The trams run every 10 minutes during peak traffic times. Further schedules and information are available at Fahrplanauskunft der Freiburger Verkehrs AG (VAG).
An extensive long-distance coach network makes it easy and affordable to get to the Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg. Tram line 4 from Hauptbahnhof (central station) takes you to the exhibition grounds in just under 10 minutes. You can find the best long-distance coach connection at Busliniensuche.
Cover long distances comfortably by plane. EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg is just approx. one hour away from Freiburg and accommodates both continental and intercontinental flights. You can get to the airport in 50 minutes from Hauptbahnhof Freiburg (Freiburg Central Station). The airport shuttle runs every hour.
