What is a pitch deck all about?
A pitch deck offers you the opportunity to present larger-scale projects, productions and artistic concepts to an interested specialist audience and to generate new interest in your projects.
Show what inspires you, tell us about your project and give an authentic insight into your work. Whether it’s a video, a presentation or specific clips – you decide how to present your project. Use the stage to gain visibility, make contacts and present your project to a relevant specialist audience.

Who can register?
Anyone who has a large-scale production and would like to present it at the IKF. This gives you the opportunity to present your project to the right specialist audience with minimal effort.
How can I register?
- Send an email to ikf@fwtm.de or click on the registration button.
- Places are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
- Places are limited
- Application deadline: 1 November 2026
What are the conditions?
- 10-minute presentation slot
- Presentation on Tuesday or Wednesday at the IKF
- on our speakers’ stage in the exhibition hall
- A trade fair stand is a prerequisite for participation
