We are delighted that you wish to take part of the IKF as an international gathering for the cultural sector. We have compiled all the key information regarding participation as an exhibitor here for you.
Whether you’re a well-established agency representing artists and ensembles that has been part of our core exhibitor group for years, or a newcomer to the industry, everyone can find the right way to participate here. Even without a showcase, you can take advantage of the synergies offered by this unique platform and make new contacts.
We offer various participation options so there’s something for everyone. Choose the option that’s best for you and register early!
Take advantage of our 10% early bird discount when you register by June 30, 2026. Returning participants who were already part of the event last year receive an additional 10% rebooking discount. This way, you can save up to 20% in total!

Options of participation
- Main exhibitor with own stand As a main exhibitor, you occupy your own stand or share your stand with a co-exhibitor if necessary.
Representatives of your own company or independent artists can register as co-exhibitors.
- Co-exhibitor on the stand of a main exhibitor
Become a co-exhibitor and present yourself as your own company or individual artists together with other colleagues and companies. The main exhibitor is the contact person for all matters relating to participation. The fee for registering a co-exhibitor is EUR 164.00 per co-exhibitor. The main exhibitor can register the co-exhibitor from a stand size of 8m².
- Space in the communal area
Present yourself as your own company or individual artist together with other exhibitors with a 4 m² space in the communal area. Co-exhibitors are not permitted in the communal area.
Prices per square meter for a private booth:
Row booth (open on one side) €109.00/m²
Corner booth (open on two sides) €118.00/m²
End booth (open on three sides) €123.00/m²
Open-sided booth (open on all four sides) €129.00/m²
Optional stand systems (cost per square meter):
System Stand Type 1: Octanorm walls, carpeted floor €33.00/m²
System Stand Type 2: Octanorm walls, carpeted floor, electrical connection, spotlights €45.00/m²
System Stand Type 3: Octanorm walls, carpet, fascia, power connection, clamp spotlights €58.00/m²
System Stand Type 4: Octanorm walls, carpet, power connection, clamp spotlights, bistro set, counter €66.00/m²
System Stand Type 5: Octanorm walls, carpeted floor, fascia, electrical connection, clamp spotlights, bistro set, counter €77.00/m²
Joint Stand:
Space in the joint area €605.00 for the entire duration of the trade fair.
The package for a space in the shared area includes:
- Exhibition space rental 4 m²
- Two exhibitor passes
- Electrical connection with 230V AC (outlet up to 3 kW)
- Octanorm counter
- Two bar stools
The exhibitor has the opportunity to present themselves with a 4 m² space in a shared area. This space does not have side or back walls. Only 1–2 roll-ups are permitted as promotional material. Other structures are not permitted.
