Dr. Emir, a food chemist with a doctorate, is not onlyincredibly knowledgeable, but also incredibly funny. A native of Nuremberg, he sees Middle Franconia as the Kurdistan of Bavaria, yet he is by no means at odds with regional customs. Rather, he is a bridge-builder, connecting cultures and people, East and West, Bavaria and the rest of the world. Born in Nuremberg in 1990 to an Iranian father and a Turkish mother, Dr. Emir has appeared on BR, NDR, SWR, and Sky1 television. He is currently a regular guest at the Quatsch Comedy Club's live shows and is touring with his program "Die Chemie muss stimmen", which is not only packed with punchlines but also offers surprising scientific

insights. Be entertained and educated at the same time – that's synergy at its best.
