Kein Mann für eine Nacht

Nils Brunschede is a young man in his early thirties who writes delightfully wicked lyrics and plays the piano rather prettily. His cabaret songs have earned him several awards, most recently the “Kupferpfennig” at Leipziger Lachmesse in 2023.

In "Kein Mann für eine Nacht“ (“Not a Man for One Night”) he presents chansons about love, heartbreak, and the ultimate solutions to all dating problems – whether through the creative use of condiments (“Remoulade”), postponing a date for several years, or lowering one’s standards to the absolute minimum (“65%”).

But friendship also gets its own spotlight: whether it’s with cousins, colleagues, or pint-sized police officers. If you love love, beautiful melodies, and very funny lyrics, this evening is highly recommended!
