Floriana Cangiano aka FLO comes from Naples and is a singer-songwriter, trained classical singer & theatre actress and spirited entertainer. FLO is considered one of the outstanding voices of Southern Italy, one of the most interesting & versatile singers of the special Italian music scene at the interface between pop and world music.Her debut album was met with great enthusiasm by the professional circles and the audience, received numerous Italian awards, gained international attention and brought her comparisons with the French singer ZAZ. Her trio program "Brave ragazze" is a passionate homage to great female artists of the Mediterranean and South American music scene. To her own songs, FLO interprets songs by female singers who have given a lot to music but were often forgotten too soon.
