Jens Dietrich | DE - Managing Director Rantastic GmbH

Jens Dietrich, born in 1969, managing director of Rantastic GmbH Livebühnen und Eventlocations. Commercial apprenticeship and degree in business administration, followed by 20 years as managing director in the automotive industry with posts in the Ukraine and the USA. In 2006, he turned his dream of having his own stage into reality when he founded the Rantastic Kleinkunstbühnewhich has since become a major player in the region with over 200 live events in the fields of comedy, cabaret, music and variety shows and also 300 other events a year. The high point for this lateral entrant to the cultural world came in 2021 with the completion of the new stage auditorium DOCK1 with seating for 1,047 and an unusual ambience, built from 23 overseas containers and a movable film set wall.

Susanne Göhner | DE - Project Manager Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg

Studied Education, Cultural Sciences and Cultural Management. In the 1990s assistant director at the Theaterhaus Stuttgart, freelance work for the Department of Arts and Culture in Esslingen. From1998 to 2011, Susanne Göhner worked for the Burghof Lörrach GmbH: as second managing director she was responsible for programme planning and for the organization and running of the STIMMEN-Festival for many years. Subsequently, management and head of communications for a multidisciplinary festival in Switzerland. From the 31st edition: Project manager of the Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg.

 

Sandra Wawer | DE - Artistic Director, GOP Varieté Theater

When Sandra Wawer interrupted her degree course in company pedagogy and psychology in 2001 for a year abroad in Disneyland Paris, she did not realise just how that decision would influence her life to come. The world of entertainment had left an indelible mark and she missed the magic of the stage so much that she decided in 2007 to embark on an apprenticeship as event manager at the GOP Varieté-Theater in Hannover. At the side of the artistic director, she remained loyal to the company and in 2022 followed in his footsteps. As artistic director, she is now responsible for the 25 different show productions each year and together with the GOP showconcept Team brings them to the stages of the seven GOP Varieté Theatres and a wide range of guest venues.

Sara Schausberger | AT - Theatre Critic and Journalist, Falter

Sara Schausberger, born in Vienna in 1983, completed her degree in German Studies in 2013. After various jobs in the theatre, she has been working as theatre critic and author for the Austrian weekly newspaper Falter since 2015. She was a reporter at the Mannheim Schiller Days, participated in the „Reden über Schreiben" lab at the Vienna Tanzquartier and a member of the 2018 jury of the Stella – Darstellender.Kunst.Preis für junges Publikum She co-founded the Literaturbagage Association, which regularly stages book discussions with children and teenagers and heads the "Die Festspielhaus-Reporterinnen" writing workshop at the Festspielhaus St. Pölten.

Rolf Wirz | CH - Co-Direction Olten Cabaret Casting, Programme Team Olten Cabaret Days

Rolf Wirz has been a member of the Oltner Kabarett-Tage program team since 2012. In this capacity, he is a regular guest in the small theatres in Switzerland and at the relevant cultural fairs.In 2018, he also became co-manager of Oltner Kabarett-Castinga project of Oltner Kabarett-Tage for the promotion of young Swiss cabaret artists. In this  function he is also a member of the board of the Oltner Kabarett-Tage society and plays a major role in organising the largest Cabaret Festival in Switzerland. He is a political scientist and professionally involved in public culture promotion in the Canton Basel-Landschaft.
