Tobias Bolfing | CH - Managing Director, owner of TOURBOmusic GmbH and member of the programme group of the Alpentöne Festival in Altdorf

Tobias Bolfing runs a label and an agency for folk, global and experimental music in Zurich, with which he has also been a guest at IKF for many years now. Besides publishing music and books on concerts, TOURBOmusic specialises in advising and promoting artistes. Since 2017, Tobias Bolfing has been staging concerts for new Swiss folk music in Zurich and acts as a live music consultant for several venues. Also since this year, Tobias Bolfing has been a member of the Alpentöne (Alpine Sounds) Festival programme group in Altdorf.

Susanne Göhner | DE - Project Manager Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg

Studied Education, Cultural Sciences and Cultural Management. In the 1990s assistant director at the Theaterhaus Stuttgart, freelance work for the Department of Arts and Culture in Esslingen. From1998 to 2011, Susanne Göhner worked for the Burghof Lörrach GmbH: as second managing director she was responsible for programme planning and for the organization and running of the STIMMEN-Festival for many years. Subsequently, management and head of communications for a multidisciplinary festival in Switzerland. From the 31st edition: Project manager of the Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg.

Maria Herold | AT - Cultural producer, musician, curator and event organiser

Maria Herold studied musicology at the University of Vienna and is a graduate of the music economics course at Kufstein University of Applied Science and Vienna University of Music & Performing Arts. She is involved in art and culture production for kulturen in bewegung/VIDC, where she realizes and supervises projects concerts, festivals, performances and workshops with queer-feminist and antiracist themes at the international and local level. She curated the Wienwoche – Festival für Kunst und Aktivismus in 2021 and is involved in the field of communication at the Brunnenpassage  For the project Wiener Stimmen.

She manages the music space and label Sendeschluss, is a musician and song writer in the band The Sir Teens, co-curated the Art Space Feldversuch - Ein temporärer Ort für Experimente  and the Festival Indigo City - Die Stadt danachhas produced sound and radio art for and with the Radia.fm Vienna Collective and was part of the Mistresses of Ceremony at the 2021 Ver*sagen Ver*lernen Art Project.

Andrea Iven | DE - Managing Director fortes medien GmbH

Since the summer of 2021, Andrea Iven has been the new publisher of folker – song, folk & world, Germany's last remaining print medium for folk, singer-songwriters, global music and related genres. Other musical periodicals, both print and online, form part of her publishing portfolio (akkordeon magazin, diatonisch, zwiefach). She has been involved in and a driver of significant innovative impulses for the magazine business for 25 years, above all in the digital media segment. These impulses gave rise to www.folker.world and www.folkerkalender.de, two important industry portals.

Sebastian von Haugwitz | DE - Music journalist, freelance author and presenter at WDR3 and WDR5

Sebastian von Haugwitz was born in 1976 and hales from Münsterland. At his father's side at home with classical music and shown the way to 60ies rock, blues and jazz by his older brother, he played guitar in student bands and after leaving school went on to study musicology in Cologne (followed by an MA in History and English). After an internship at Funkhaus Europa and his first radio reports, he began working as a free-lance author and music journalist. Besides editorial work and music planning for various programmes on WDR3 and WDR5, Sebastian von Haugwitz can also be heard as a presenter on the Musikbonus and WDR3 Jazz programmes.
